An 11-day co-creation summit in the Japanese Alps
Co-Lab Hakuba Summit brings together digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creators and the local community of Hakuba — a world-class mountain resort at the foot of the Northern Japan Alps.

A one-minute walk from the Tsugaike Kogen bus stop. A sociable hostel village with a shared lounge and café — and the hub for the summit's coworking and evening events.

When and where does the summit take place?
October 22 – November 1, 2026 (11 days) in Hakuba Village, Nagano, Japan
What is included in each ticket?
COMMUNITY ($0) gets you into the member portal, community chat and open events. SUMMIT PASS ($300, early bird — normally $400) covers the full 11-day program, dinners and parties. SUMMIT + STAY (from $490, early bird — normally $590) adds accommodation at partner hotels.
Do I need to speak Japanese?
Not at all. The summit is run primarily in English, with bilingual community managers on site.
How do I get to Hakuba?
From Tokyo: Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano (~80 min), then express bus to Hakuba (~70 min). Direct highway buses from Shinjuku are also available.
Is accommodation included in the ticket?
Only in the SUMMIT + STAY plan. With a Summit Pass, you book your accommodation separately — partner hotels offer plans for participants (see STAY).
Can I join for only part of the 11 days?
Yes. We recommend the core summit days, but you're welcome to join for just the days that work for you. Details will be announced with the program.
