Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Co-Lab Hakuba Summit (organized by Yamaai Crew Inc.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
(1) When you register through our forms, we collect your name, email address, country/region, planned attendance dates, how you heard about us, and any message you choose to send. (2) As usage data, we record the date and time of each visit, the page viewed, the display language, the referring site, campaign parameters attached to the link (utm), the country, and the device category (phone / tablet / computer). This usage record does not include your IP address. (3) If you sign in as a member, your login session may retain an IP address and browser information for security purposes.
How we use it
We use this information to manage event registrations, communicate with you about the summit, improve the event, analyse how the site is used and measure the effect of our outreach, and handle enquiries (including AI-assisted drafting of our replies). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
Analytics
We run our own analytics, entirely in-house. We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics, nor any advertising trackers. Analytics stores nothing on your device, which is why you do not see a consent banner. You can stop the recording at any time using “Turn off analytics” below.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are those strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to let Cloudflare protect the site. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Registration data and usage records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible only to the organizing team. We rely on the following processors, all located in the United States: Cloudflare, Inc. (site delivery and data storage), Stripe, Inc. (ticket payments), Google LLC (drafting replies to enquiries), and Slack Technologies, LLC (notifying the organizing team).
Retention & deletion
Usage records are deleted automatically after 180 days. Registration data is kept for the event period and a reasonable time afterwards.
